⚠️ Holiday Notice: For all orders placed from December 8, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. During peak season, production times may be extended. Please allow 4–7 business days for printing before shipment.

General Shipping Information

All shipments are fulfilled via reliable shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

  • UPS

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • Asendia

  • Other regional and international logistics partners (depending on destination and availability)

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number.

🕐 Please note: The estimated delivery time listed below refers to shipping time only and does not include production time. Orders typically require 2–3 business days for production before shipping.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: $5.99

  • Each additional item: +$1.99

  • FREE shipping on orders over $75

  • Shipping time only: 4–7 business days

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Standard Shipping Fee: $10.99

  • Each additional item: +$1.99

  • FREE shipping on orders over $100

  • Shipping time only: 7–15 business days

🌍 International (All other countries)

  • Standard Shipping Fee: $15.99

  • Each additional item: +$1.99

  • FREE shipping on orders over $100

  • Shipping time only: 10–21 business days

📝 Shipping charges are displayed in USD and will appear at checkout before final payment. Rates may vary slightly during high-volume periods or based on destination complexity.

Production Time

  • All products are made-to-order.

  • Standard production time is 2–3 business days.

  • During holidays or high volume periods, production may take up to 4–7 business days.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days after your production time, please contact us at [email protected].

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders (outside the U.S.) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges:

  • Are not included in the product or shipping price

  • Are the responsibility of the recipient

Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Returned packages due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events.
However, we will do our best to assist if your package is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Significantly delayed

  • Damaged upon delivery
