Return & Refund Policy

At Merchip8, we stand behind the quality of our products. Since every item is custom-printed just for you, we offer a straightforward policy to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our made-to-order process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept requests for refunds or replacements within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items — Full Refund or Free Replacement
You are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement for the following issues:
- Manufacturing Defects: Printing errors, misaligned designs, or fabric tears.
- Incorrect Items: You received a different size, color, or design than what was ordered.
- Lost in Transit: The order is not delivered within 30 business days of the shipping date (excluding delays due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer).
For these cases, you do not need to return the item. Simply contact us with photos or evidence and we will resolve it promptly.
3. Non-Defective Items – Conditional Returns
Since all products are custom-printed to order, returns for non-defective items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- You must contact support@merchip8.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending the item back.
Please note: Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds for non-defective returns may be subject to a review process. Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return.
4. How to Request a Resolution
To start your request, please do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Follow these steps:

Email Us: Contact support@merchip8.com with your Order Number.

Submit Evidence: Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

Review: Our team will review your case within 2–3 business days.

Finalization: Once approved, we will either ship a replacement at no cost or process a refund.
5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited back to your original method of payment (Stripe or PayPal).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Merchip8.
6. Order Cancellations & Modifications
To maintain fast production times, we have a limited window for changes:

Order cancellations, shipping or billing changes: within 12 hours of purchase.

Product detail changes (size, design, color): within 4 hours of purchase.
After these timeframes, orders are sent to production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
