Return & Refund Policy
At Merchip8, we’re proud to offer made-to-order apparel — every item is created just for you. While this model allows us to offer more personalized products, it also requires a clear and fair policy regarding returns, refunds, and order changes.
Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for all orders, except for items that have been personalized based on customer-specific requests.
All returns and exchanges are completely free – customers will not be charged any additional fees for returning or exchanging items.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Return requests must be made within 7 business days of the delivery date. The delivery date is determined based on tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.
Extended Return Window:

For orders placed between October 26, 2025 and October 31, 2025, the return window is extended to 10 business days after delivery.

For orders placed between December 19, 2025 and December 26, 2025, the return window is also extended to 10 business days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

Include a valid order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue

Be approved by our support team prior to any return or resolution
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items that were created based on individual customer personalization requests.
2. Order Modifications
Because orders move into production quickly, we allow limited timeframes for changes:

Must be requested within 4 hours of placing your order

📦 Modify Shipping Address or Billing Information:

Must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order

After this time, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be changed
Orders cannot be changed once production begins. Please double-check all details before checkout.
3. How to Request an Exchange or Report an Issue
To report a product issue or request a replacement:

Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief explanation

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days
If approved, we will:

Send you a free replacement, or
-
Issue a refund or store credit, depending on your situation
4. Refunds
Refunds are offered as follows:

Full refund or store credit for verified damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

Partial store credit (50%) if we make a mistake and you choose not to receive a replacement

Refund method: via PayPal or store credit

Processing time: within 1–3 business days after approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of fulfillment error by Merchip8.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
6. Return Address (for approved returns only)
Please do not return any items without prior approval from our customer support. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
