Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Merchip8 website. By placing an order, you agree to the billing practices outlined below.


1. Payment Methods

We currently accept secure online payments via:

  • PayPal (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal Guest Checkout (no account required)

💳 All payments are processed in USD (U.S. Dollars).


2. Payment Authorization

  • Full payment is authorized and captured at the time of purchase.

  • Orders will not enter production until payment is successfully processed.

  • If your payment is declined, your order will not be fulfilled, and you will be notified automatically.


3. Secure Transactions

Merchip8 uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) and PayPal’s secure gateway to process payments.
We do not store or collect any payment card information on our servers.


4. Billing Accuracy

You agree to provide:

  • Valid billing information (name, address, contact info)

  • Accurate and complete payment details

It is your responsibility to review your billing and order information before finalizing the purchase. If billing details are incorrect, it may result in delays or failed processing.


5. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax may be added to your order at checkout, based on:

  • Your shipping address

  • U.S. state or local regulations

Taxes will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.


6. Invoices & Receipts

You will receive an automated invoice via email after your order is placed. If you need an updated or customized invoice (e.g., for business or tax purposes), please contact [email protected] within 12 hours of your order.


7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement

  • Product detail modifications (size, color, design) are allowed within 4 hours

  • Shipping/billing info changes are allowed within 12 hours

After these timeframes, your order may enter production and can no longer be changed or canceled


8. Refunds & Billing Adjustments

All refunds or billing adjustments are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are:

  • Returned to the original payment method (PayPal)

  • Processed within 1–3 business days of approval

  • Reflected on your bank or PayPal account based on provider timelines

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of order errors or defects.


9. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe your order was billed in error, please contact [email protected] first — we will resolve most issues quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting us may result in account restrictions.
