1. Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept two secure payment gateways: Stripe and PayPal. Through Stripe, you can pay directly with any major credit or debit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Through PayPal, you can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or supported cards. You do not need a PayPal account — you can use PayPal’s Guest Checkout option to pay directly with your card.
Can I use a prepaid gift card?
Yes, prepaid gift cards from major credit card providers are accepted via both Stripe and PayPal checkout.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change my order after I place it?
Yes, but only within a limited time:

To update product details (size, design, color): within 4 hours of placing the order

To cancel your order, or correct shipping or billing info: within 12 hours of placing the order
After those timeframes, your order will enter production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
I ordered the wrong item or size. Can you fix it?
Yes — if you contact us within the change window above (4 hours for product details). After that, changes are no longer possible.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Email us immediately at support@merchip8.com. If the item hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it has shipped, we’ll wait until the package is returned to us and reship it to the corrected address at no additional charge.
3. Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?

Delivery time may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance (for international shipments).
How can I track my package?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order in the “Track Packages” section of our website.

4. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for both defective and non-defective products. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you — no need to ship the item back. For non-defective items (such as change of mind or incorrect size/color selection), returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please contact support@merchip8.com to initiate any return request.
What if I receive the wrong item or something is damaged?
We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. No need to return the item. If we’re unable to replace it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
What if my product is damaged after washing?
Please follow the care instructions on the product. If the product is defective, contact us with photos and we’ll evaluate your request.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will reship it to you at no additional charge after confirming your corrected address.
Can I return an item if I changed my mind or chose the wrong size?
Since all products are custom-printed to order, we evaluate non-defective returns on a case-by-case basis. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please email support@merchip8.com with your order number and reason for the return, and our team will assist you.
5. Website Issues
The website isn’t loading or I’m getting an error — what should I do?
