    🛍️ Orders & Payments

    What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept PayPal as our only payment method. You can use PayPal balance or any major debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through the PayPal platform — no account required.

    Can I use a prepaid gift card?
    Yes, prepaid gift cards from major credit card providers are accepted via PayPal checkout.


    🧾 Order Changes & Cancellations

    Can I change my order after I place it?
    Yes, but only within a limited time:

    • To update product details (size, design, color): within 4 hours of placing the order

    • To correct shipping or billing info: within 12 hours of placing the order
      After those timeframes, your order will enter production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

    I ordered the wrong item or size. Can you fix it?
    Yes — if you contact us within the change window above. After that, changes are no longer possible.

    I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
    Email us immediately. If the item hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it has shipped, we’ll wait until the package is returned to us and reship it to the corrected address.


    📦 Shipping & Delivery

    When will I receive my order?

    • Production time: 2–5 business days (made-to-order)

    • Shipping time (after production):

      • USA: 4–7 business days

      • Canada: 7–15 business days

      • International: 10–21 business days

    Delivery time may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance (for international shipments).

    How can I track my package?
    Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order in the “Track Packages” section of our website.

    How much is shipping?
    Please see our Shipping Policy for current rates and free shipping thresholds.


    ❌ Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

    What is your return policy?

    • We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items.

    • We do not accept returns for incorrect size, design, or color selections made by the customer.

    • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

    What if I receive the wrong item or something is damaged?
    We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. No need to return the item. If we’re unable to replace it, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.

    What if my product is damaged after washing?
    Please follow the care instructions on the product. If the product is defective, contact us with photos and we’ll evaluate your request.

    What happens if my order is returned to sender?
    If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will reship it to you at no additional charge after confirming your address.
