1. Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept PayPal as our exclusive payment method.

Through PayPal, you can securely complete your purchase using:

  • Linked bank accounts (where supported by PayPal)

You do not need a PayPal account to complete the payment. PayPal also offers a guest checkout option that allows direct card payments without logging in.

2. Payment Process

All payments are processed securely through the PayPal payment gateway at the time of checkout. Once your payment is successfully submitted:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with transaction details

  • Your order will be placed into production within 1–3 business days

We do not store or process your card details directly. All sensitive data is handled securely by PayPal, in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

3. Currency

All prices on Merchip8 are displayed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

4. Tax & Fees

Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address and local regulations. All applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

We do not charge any additional processing or convenience fees.

5. Payment Issues

If you encounter any issues during checkout or payment processing:

  • Please double-check your billing information and ensure your PayPal account or card is valid

6. Refunds & Store Credits

Refunds (when applicable) are processed as store credits only, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. In case of a refund due to product defect or error:

  • Store credits will be issued to your Merchip8 account

  • You will receive a confirmation email with store credit details

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
