Merchip8 is an online retail website operated in the United States, specializing in print-on-demand apparel and accessories. All products—such as t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and long sleeve shirts—are custom-made only after an order is placed. We do not maintain product inventory or stock.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian

  • You have read and understood these Terms of Service

  • You will provide accurate and complete information during checkout or when contacting support

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are made-to-order and begin production within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation

  • Production timelines may vary based on product type and volume, generally ranging from 2 to 5 business days

  • Orders are not changeable or cancellable once they have entered production (see Section 7 for exceptions)

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars)

  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal and all major credit/debit cards processed through PayPal

  • Full payment is required at checkout

  • Sales tax is charged where required by law and is calculated during checkout

  • An order confirmation with a transaction ID and order summary will be emailed after successful payment

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available within the United States and internationally

  • Shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and eligible free shipping promotions are outlined in our Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and Asendia

  • Estimated shipping time does not include production time

Merchip8 is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather disruptions.

6. Product Descriptions & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and sizing guides. However, Merchip8 does not guarantee that:

  • All product colors will appear exactly as displayed due to screen variations

  • All sizes fit every customer uniformly — size charts are provided for guidance

  • All items will be available indefinitely — we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that changes happen. You may request the following, provided you notify us within the applicable timeframe:

Shipping or billing info Within 12 hours
Full order cancellation Within 12 hours

Requests made after the applicable period may be denied if production has begun. Email [email protected] with your order ID for assistance.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because all products are made-to-order:

  • Returns for refund are not accepted, except in cases of damage or production errors

  • Replacements or store credits will be issued for:

    • Defective or damaged products

    • Incorrect items sent by mistake

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, with photo proof and your order number.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

  • Disrupt or interfere with website performance

  • Copy or use product images, content, or designs without permission

Violation of these terms may result in legal action or restriction from our platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including but not limited to text, graphics, product mockups, logos, and design assets are the exclusive property of Merchip8 or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, or exploit any content or products from the site without written consent.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The product will meet your expectations in every instance

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products or website.

  • Merchip8’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question
